  3. What are the available PowerApp bundles?

  4. How can I avail of PowerApp packages?

    • For Androidusers: via the PowerApp Android application
    • For iOS and feature phone users: via SMS availament. Just text <keyword> and send to 5555 (Ex. Unli20)
  5. After I register, how will I know if my PowerApp Package subscription is already active?

    A confirmation message will be sent to notify you that your PowerApp package is already active.

  6. Who can avail of PowerApp packages?

    PowerApp is available to Smart Prepaid subscribers.

  7. Do I need a maintaining balance to use PowerApp packages?

    There's no maintaining balance required to avail of a PowerApp package.

  8. Can I avail multiple PowerApp packages at the same time?

    Yes, you may avail multiple PowerApp packages at the same time.

  9. If I have an existing PowerApp package, can I avail of other data plan?

    You cannot avail the following data plans below when subscribed to any PowerApp packages. You may avail the package upon expiration of your PowerApp subscription.

    • Blackberry (Example: BB Social 35, BB Email 35, etc.)
    • LTE (Example: TBC)
    • Regular/promo data offer (Example: AlwaysOn20, Unlisurf50, Opera15, etc)
    • Mainstream data bundle: (Example: UCT25 with 15MB, Trinet30 with 10MB)

    *For mainstream data bundle, you can still use the call and SMS inclusion of the load package.

  10. If I have existing data plan can I avail of PowerApp packages?

    You cannot avail any PowerApp package if you have an existing data plan (Example: UCT25 with 15MB, Unlisurf50, AlwaysOn 20, BB Social, LTE). You may avail of PowerApp packages upon expiration of your current subscription.

  11. How will I know the balance of my PowerApp subscription?

    Subscriber shall be notified 30 minutes before expiration of package.

    Subscriber shall be notified that his PowerApp package has already expired and shall be redirected to a paywall.

    *For Android app users: Subscriber can also check his/her balance using the app.

  12. Will I be allowed to visit other sites or app outside my package inclusion?

    No, you can only access sites/apps within your availed package.

  13. Can the subscription be terminated?

    Yes, you may choose to discontinue your PowerApp subscription by texting OFF POWERAPP to 5555.

  14. Can I use PowerApp while on roaming?

    No, you cannot use PowerApp while on roaming.
